Customers and merchants are able to opt-in or opt-out from this added security measure by changing their security configuration within the settings section of their Korba account.

How you can keep your account safe

 

• The security of your account depends on you keeping your account password confidential. You should not share your account name or password with anyone. Sharing this with others exposes your account to them.
• Delete any emails requesting personal details such as PINs or password, and do not open them. We will never ask you to provide this information over email.
• Be particularly suspicious of attachments ending in .zip or .exe from unknown senders.
